A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius by Dave Eggers

I skimmed this. I think I finished it in two sittings, on the couch, while watching television. I didn’t really read it — I just couldn’t. It was amusing at times, but it’s too self-indulgent and it goes off-tangent way too often (hmm that sounds familiar). I still feel some sympathy for the guy (it’s an autobiography, and I’m surprised that I even started reading the book) and his love for his brother is admirable, but I’m not touching the book again.
